Casa Pequeña and El Apartamento are nestled within the wonderful lush gardens surrounding Cortijo Nuevo, a short distance south of Granada, on Spain’s only Tropical Costa.

This beautiful hideaway offers the perfect retreat for those who enjoy the tranquility of a rural setting, without being too far away from civilisation or the beach.

Found in Southern Andalucia, midway between Malaga and Almeria, on the green vega surrounding the market town of MOTRIL, just 3kms away.

The area is renowned for market growing greenhouses (invernaderos) and terraced hillsides, producing all manner of sub-tropical fruits and salad crops, mainly for export to Northern Europe.

Cortijo Nuevo and the local village, Puntalón, are tucked away in this environment.

Patrick, the resident British owner lives on site in the main Cortijo along with friendly hound, Hector.  Patrick is on hand to welcome you with the keys, answer any questions and to help in any way to make your stay enjoyable – but will always respect your privacy.
