‘CASA PEQUEÑA is a very pretty and traditional cottage, particularly ideal for couples or that romantic break.

Enter from the kitchen patio terrace with a beautiful Andaluz nine frog fountain, large brick BBQ and many colourful pot plants.
The kitchen is well equipped for full-time occupancy, not just for holiday lets. All the usual appliances are here including a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron & ironing board – as well as ample china/glassware, pots and pans to prepare meals for four guests.
There is a large glass altar style table for four travellers, and for most of the year you can eat outside on the front terrace – the wooden table out there can comfortably sit six people. Ideal for entertaining or when renting both homes.
A Spiral staircase leads up to the cosy living room with French windows and a small balcony which is overlooking the lush gardens and Sierra Lújar. As well as the double sofa-bed and easy chair, you will find satellite television, UK internet tv, DVD and Wi-Fi zone if you bring your laptop with you on working holidays – there is also good mobile reception. ASTRA 19,2ºE, ASTRA 28,2ºE picks up dozens of channels/radio in many languages, including some English.
Five steps lead up to the private roof terrace with lovely Mediterranean, Sierra and garden views. Up here is a dining table, two sun loungers, drying lines and more plants! – this is the ideal place to top up your tan or after midnight perhaps share a bottle of wine and stargaze.
There is another private terrace in front of Casa Pequeña at ground level, with a large dining table and bench, alongside outdoor sofas and many pot plants. There is also an exterior staircase linking the bedroom with the living room. This is often described as a quirky layout, but is perhaps not suitable for elderly or infirm as there are rooms on different levels with some steps!
Three steps lead up to the traditional bedroom, with an antique double bed and wardrobe, dual aspect windows and an en suite shower room/WC. Not forgetting the i-pod dock which also plays cds & cassettes.
The Casita decor is eclectic in style with both modern and antique touches, candles, DVDs, CDs and board games & paperbacks to use – not the usual ‘spartan holiday unit’ often found in Spain!
The living room contains a woodburner; there are oil filled electric radiators in the bedroom and kitchen, and duvets will keep you cosy in the Wintertime. Winter arrivals will find a free supply of logs enough for a couple of nights – then purchase locally. There are cooling fans for Summer use.
Accommodation is always cleaned for your arrival, the beds are made and a simple welcome pack is popped into the fridge. You can also upgrade to a Luxury welcome pack if you choose, which is particularly popular with our guests arriving late or at weekends (costs just €60/£50 extra, and the contents can be tailored to your requirements).
