Here at Cortijo Nuevo we want you to have a wonderful holiday. However, to ensure that this happens… we need to have a few rules.
All prices shown on the website are per property per week.
The rental price includes household linen & towels, water, electricity, gas, parking, simple welcome pack, Wi-Fi & cleaning for arrival.

Please check tariffs and tick on booking form if required.
Please check the Booking Calendar against Casa Pequeña or El Apartamento for up to date availability, and then complete the Booking Form with as much information as possible. Alternatively, contact the owner (Patrick) direct, via e-mail or telephone to verify relevant accommodation availability and ask for a price quote.
We endeavour to reply to your Booking Request within 12 hours (please re-submit or drop us an email, if you do not hear back – may be technical hitch!).
Upon receipt, your booking request will be acknowledged by e-mail, and you will be asked to check relevant dates/prices.
A 30% deposit is normally required within 5 working days – International Bank Transfer (BACS) preferred or Paypal – instructions and bank codes contained in the acknowledgement e-mail.
Until the deposit and completed booking form is received by the owner (Patrick), no contract exists and the accommodation may be let to another interested person. A confirmation invoice will then be e-mailed to you
The outstanding balance for your reservation, is due no later than 6 weeks before your arrival at the property. Failure to pay the balance by the due date could be regarded as a cancelled booking and deposit payment may be lost.
If your arrival date is within the 6 week period, then full payment is required at time of booking to confirm your holiday reservation.
Once I have received the full payment for your holiday, you will be e-mailed exact location directions and arrival information, normally by return.
Exceptionally, Cash €uros can be paid on Arrival – please ask for details (usually late bookings)
On your part: There is no refund if the holiday is cancelled.
However, if I am able to resell the cancelled period a refund may be made less administration and/or bank charges incurred, but this at the discretion of the property owner. If you cancel within 6 weeks of your arrival date and after the final balance has been paid, then I will refund 70% of the full cost of your holiday rental – but, only if I have been able to resell the period cancelled.
On the owner’s part: If for any reason your holiday has to be cancelled on the part of the owner, irrespective of causes, then a refund of original deposit or monies paid to date is due by the owner.
Your property will be ready and clean on the date of your arrival, and will be cleaned after your departure for the next travellers.
We ask you to leave the property as you found it, nice and tidy – rubbish disposed of – especially if new arrivals same day.
ARRIVE – usually after 4pm – if you wish to arrive earlier, then you are welcome to wait in the beautiful gardens whilst we ensure that everything is clean for you.
CHECK OUT – normally by 11am. This gives us time to prepare the property for new travellers. Again, this can be flexible if no other booking arriving same day – so do please enquire.
Well behaved and socialised dogs considered. This must always be with prior approval and a small weekly fee.
No dangerous breeds or trophy dogs.
Your four legged pal must have up-to-date vaccinations, flea/tick treatments. Keep them off the furniture and bring your dog’s own favourite bedding.
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse in garden.
Patrick the owner, assumes no responsibility for any illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises.
Holiday Insurance is always a good idea, as it can cover you not only for any third party damage etc., but may help if you have to unexpectedly cancel or fall ill.We recommend Insure and Go
